What kind of events can we attend?
Weddings, engagements, birthday parties, hen’s parties, baby showers, corporate function or just a party! We are also available for product launches and photoshoots. Any requests outside of these just shoot us an email and we will try our best to accommodate.
What kind of beverages do you serve?
Wine, champagne, beer, cider, spirits, and soft drink. Inclusion of cocktails can also be provided (please mention at time of enquiry).
Where are you based and how far will you travel?
We are based in Warragul, 3820. We love to travel and are open to discussing all locations. We will travel within a 50km radius free of charge and anything beyond for a small additional cost. Please email directly for confirmed pricing.
Do we sell alcohol and are we required to obtain a liquor licence?
All drinks are supplied by the event organiser which helps with saving costs at your events. If your event is on private property, and you are the supplier of the alcohol, a liquor licence is not required. Events held on council or public land will require permission and / or permits from your local shire. Any licenses or permits required for your event must be obtained by you. We are a service only and do not hold a liquor licence.
Are bar staff trained with RSA licences?
We sure are!

Do you have public liability insurance?
Sure do!
What happens at the end of the night if guests are still using glassware?
30 minutes before the bar closes drinks will be served out of biodegradable plastic cups. We will then pack up all the leftover alcohol for you to do with as you please.
What happens if the ceremony is right near where we need to park?
Set-up can take quite a bit of time and can be noisy. If the ceremony is taking place in the same area as the reception we highly recommend hiring us for longer, a small fee will apply for this.
How do we keep the drinks chilled?
We have enough space for on average 100 beer / cider bottles at a time. We have ice to place the champagne and wine on however we do encourage you to have the drinks on ice prior to our arrival if possible - an even better option is to look at hiring a cool room.
